Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Effectively multitasks and is detail-oriented, organized, and can consistently demonstrate adaptability
- Knowledge of computer hardware equipment and software applications relevant to work functions
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, urgent responses, and challenging situations
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of personnel
- Ability to solve problems and engage independent critical thinking skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality relevant to sensitive information
- Ability to prioritize work demands and work with minimal supervision
- Well-developed organizational skills, self-motivation and ability to work independently in the community and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate well with a diverse population
- Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions
- English/Spanish bilingual is preferred
- Previous healthcare experience or nursing student is preferred
- Current BLS training is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
