Job Description
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Excellence, or a combination of enablement and frontline sales leadership within B2B SaaS organizations.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, including outbound prospecting, discovery, qualification, evaluation, negotiation, closing, and expansion motions.
- Strong curriculum and content development skills, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable field behaviors and performance outcomes.
- Strong operational discipline and experience leveraging CRM data and enablement analytics to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Scrappiness, intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Experience with learning management systems, conversation intelligence platforms, and content platforms. WorkRamp, Gong, and Seismic preferred.
- Experience within manufacturing, PLM/QMS domains, or the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% to headquarters and company events.
- $140,000 - $165,000 a year
- Please note the salary range shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
- In addition to the base pay noted above, this position also offers participation in the company bonus program which is paid out based on company performance.
