Job Description
• Develop and execute procurement strategies for software, cloud, and technology services
• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and cost optimization efforts
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contracts, SLAs, and licensing terms
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align procurement solutions
• Monitor and manage software licenses, usage, and renewals
• Conduct market analysis to inform vendor selection and sourcing decisions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience with technology licensing models and software agreements
- Understanding of cloud cost fundamentals (AWS and Azure), including commitments, savings plans, and reserved instances
- Experience with data and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
- Experience with procurement and contract tools (Workday, Zip, Ironclad preferred)
- Familiarity with software lifecycles and vendor management best practices
- Foundational knowledge of AI
