About the Team The Celestia Labs Team is remote first and highly distributed, with English as our primary language for communication. We are looking for self-starters that are excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment. Much of the team lives and works in the European timezones. As such, team members are expected to be available as needed for scheduled team meetings between the general hours of 1pm-6pm CET. This role reports directly to the CEO and will manage a team of 3. About You You’re an experienced product leader who has led product strategy and teams in technically complex, market-driven environments. You’re familiar with infrastructure and blockchain products, and you bring rigor and repeatable success in defining and executing product strategies. You’re comfortable operating at the executive level, making clear tradeoffs, and owning outcomes as products scale to support demanding use cases. Responsibilities Own product strategy and prioritisation across Celestia's product portfolio, ensuring decisions are grounded in market needs and deliver measurable outcomes Lead and develop the Product Team, setting clear direction and accountability Continuously assess the competitive landscape, and conduct win/loss analysis to understand how we differentiate and why prospects choose us or competitors Establish rigorous user research practices: define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), interview users regularly, build accurate user stories, implement systems to track acquisition stages, and create feedback loops across BD, Sales, DevEx, and Engineering teams Shift from feature-based to outcome-based roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs, ensuring rationale and assumptions are well-documented and communicated to current and prospective users Partner with BD and Marketing on user-specific pitches, one-pagers, and external materials that effectively communicate our product differentiators Work closely with engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to drive successful execution Represent product at the executive level and contribute to company-wide strategy Who You Are Perks Flexible and remote work environment with multiple onsites each year Competitive salary and meaningful long-term compensation package Stipends for home office, coworking space, professional and personal growth 4 weeks annual vacation 401k and healthcare coverage for US team members While experience in the blockchain space is preferred – having general excitement about web3 and modular blockchain technology is a must!
