He/She will generate leads, meet with clients, complete a financial needs analysis, and present them with customized financial proposals. This role reports to the Head, Wealth Distribution. Job Responsibilities: To work closely with the Area Managers and RMs to strategizing and identifying potential customers, Meeting/following up with clients, Offering specialized financial guidance and advice to RMs, Completing financial needs analysis, To follow-up with potential customers after appointment, closure and attending to customer’s request on the policy until it turn into production, To review client insurance policies to identify insurance gap, Assessing clients’ financial portfolios and risk appetite. To assist to organize Banca event/day on weekly basis.
