This role begins as an Appointment Setter , you’re the gatekeeper, qualifier, energy driver, and frontline sales force responsible for fueling one of the fastest-growing and most influential women’s fitness brands in the remote coaching space. From there, high performers earn the opportunity to evolve into a High Ticket Closer (Enrollment Advisor) — leading full sales conversations and dramatically increasing their earning potential. This is a competitive, sales-heavy, high-performance role where you will be on back-to-back Zoom calls all day , connecting with potential clients and setting appointments that directly grow the company. What You’ll Do Engage potential clients on Zoom and phone to qualify their goals, readiness, mindset, and alignment with our program. Run high-volume conversations with confidence, clarity, and urgency. Set high-quality appointments and ensure a flawless handoff to our Enrollment Advisors. Reduce no-shows through intentional follow-up and communication. Maintain meticulous CRM notes and stay plugged into the sales team through Slack, huddles, and real-time updates. Hit — and exceed — daily and weekly performance metrics in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.   • This role requires availability 5 days per week on a 4-week rotating schedule. Days worked will rotate in advance and may include weekends. Consistent availability and flexibility to work rotating days are required.

  • Love spending most of your day on continuous Zoom calls
  • Operate well under structure, coaching, and accountability
