About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our Water Solutions & Services business across Queensland, the Northern Territory, and Papua New Guinea. This senior leadership role drives commercial performance through direct and indirect sales channels, ensuring we meet ambitious growth targets and deliver exceptional value to our customers. You will oversee key commercial activities—including contract management, tender submissions, forecasting, and participation in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process—while building a high‑performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.
