• Oversee daily workflow functions for Periscope requests and assessments • Manage and update administrative databases to distribute information to internal and external parties • Assist health plan partners and clients with service requests • Provide scheduling support for evaluating therapists • Maintain accurate record keeping of client communications • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries promptly • Review and interpret medical documents, verifying information as needed • Assist with data entry and maintain data integrity • Identify and communicate data quality issues to staff and supervisors • Serve as the primary point of contact for health plans and therapists • Upload and maintain accurate records in databases • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA • Perform other related duties as assigned
