Portfolio Excellence: A portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, showcasing complex system-level thinking, and—most importantly—the business impact of your work. Industry Context: Experience shipping large-scale, consumer-facing, or complex B2B products across multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android). Technical Mastery Design Systems: Expert-level proficiency in building, maintaining, and scaling Design Systems using tools like Figma. Prototyping: Ability to create everything from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that effectively communicate motion and behavior.
