Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions consulting, customer success, or training in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of growing customer accounts and contributing to company sales targets.
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and best practices, including usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and user interviews.
- Experience developing and executing strategic account plans for customers.
- Strong presentation, training, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex research concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate solutions and value propositions to senior executives.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
