Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to act as a crucial link between Optimal’s research capabilities and the business objectives of our global customers. Support your regional Sales Team to accelerate the sales cycle by leading the narrative with prospects and existing customers. Advise on research practices and tooling that will demonstrate the power of the Optimal platform. Drive solution demonstration, adoption and usage, directly supporting new business acquisition, expansion, and customer retention outcomes. What you'll do: Collaborate with Account Executives to lead comprehensive discovery sessions, ensuring Optimal's platform features are directly aligned with the business objectives and strategic initiatives of prospects and customers. Develop and deliver impactful, relevant product demonstrations and training. Support the customer lifecycle by creating necessary collateral, content, and training materials. Enable customer onboarding, training, and enablement to drive usage and adoption in target accounts. Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts by exhibiting strong commercial acumen and collaborating with the regional Sales Team to propose and close deals. Develop and maintain deep expertise in our platform and research methodologies through continuous, practical application and training. Serve as the crucial link between the market and the Product team: coach the regional sales team on product knowledge, and contribute the "voice of the market" feedback to influence the product roadmap for enterprise growth.
