Role Description

The Sales Professional is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, community partners, and potential clients.

  • Work with FirstLight's leadership team to build relationships in the Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven and Dunwoody Communities.
  • Partner closely with Care Coordinators, Caregivers, Operations Leadership.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and continuity of care for new clients.
  • Communicate client needs, expectations, and service details clearly to internal teams.
  • Support coordination efforts to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct in-person visits with referral partners, prospective clients and community organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with:
    • Hospitals
    • Rehab facilities
    • Assisted living Communities
    • Physicians
    • Case Managers
    • Senior centers
    • Community organizations
  • Represent company at local trade shows, health fairs and industry events.
  • Track weekly outreach activity and referral development.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, referrals, and marketing efforts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth goals.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on market trends and opportunities.
  • Support social media and digital marketing efforts to increase brand awareness.
  • Assist in planning and executing local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Background in sales, business development, marketing, networking or community relations preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with the Senior Care community such as hospital, social work, rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, nursing home, home care, home health care is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems and Microsoft/Google tools.
