You Are A seasoned Cryptologic or Intelligence professional with extensive experience in Aerospace Operations, SIGINT, and National Tactical Integration. You bring deep knowledge of joint operations, intelligence collection systems, and policy development, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proactive approach to operational improvements will make you an essential part of the AF NTI mission, contributing to both day-to-day successes and long-term strategic goals. How You Will Make An Impact As an Analyst IV supporting Air Force National Tactical Integration( AF NTI) operations, your contributions directly enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of national and tactical intelligence operations. Analyst IV supporting Air Force National Tactical Integration (AF NTI) operations at Hickam AFB, Hawaii and NSA-Hawaii. Will also act as site lead in this one deep position. By serving as a Subject Matter Expert, you play a critical role in shaping strategic planning, refining operational processes. Responsibilities Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SME) for enterprise-wide AF NTI operational processes and procedures. Support AF NTI strategic planning and the development of Concepts of Operation (CONOPS), Concepts of Employment (CONEMPS) and other associated planning documents. Support HQ ACC/A2, NAF's and subordinate Wing's staff actions to coordinate AF NTI issues with host directorates, subordinate units, and external organizations. Support HQ ACC/A2, NAF's and subordinate Wing's responses to AF NTI element requests for program support. Perform research and provide input to the development, implementation and oversight of AF NTI policy and guidance. Review for updates and new releases of NSA policy directives; provided those relevant to Enterprise. Provide support in the performance of maintenance, ongoing development, and execution of an existing unit specific MCP for the purpose of improving and documenting standardized operational processes and procedures. Review AF NTI Daily Summaries to maintain situational awareness of operations across the NTI enterprise. Reach out to various elements for clarification of multiple inputs to ensure compliance and maintaining mission integrity. Maintain routine contact and collaborate with sister AF NTI elements and other AF ISR partners to ensure effective chat channel operations and flow of information between elements. Participate in and provide input to meetings supporting the host site and AF NTI customer. Review AF NTI operational processes and procedures for currency and accuracy and provide a Memorandum for Record (MFR) detailing the results to the local government AF NTI leadership monthly. Update mission continuity materials as operational processes and procedures change, or as new ones are developed and provide updates to the local government AF NTI leadership for review/approval and forward updates to AF NTI PMO COR for inclusion in the Mission Continuity Plan. Perform Customer Service Request Portal (CSRP) Requests for Information (RFI) management/support. Other Duties as assigned. Here's what you need 6-8 years of experience as a Cryptologic/Intelligence Analyst, L inguist, or Collector. Expertise in the following areas is required: Expertise in Joint and combined Air and Space Operations Centers processes. Aerospace operations planning and associated documents, like Air Tasking Orders (ATO) and Special Instructions (SPINS). National intelligence collection platforms and processes. Airborne and other tactical intelligence collection platforms and processes. Cryptologic collection, dissemination, retrieval systems, databases, and methods. SIGINT collection management processes and strategies and a familiarity with other intelligence disciplines' collection management processes and strategies. United States Signals Intelligence Directives (USSID) and cryptologic policies and a familiarity with other AF and DoD Intelligence Directives and policies. Classification manuals/guidelines and Information Sanitization processes. U.S. Citizenship required. TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required. Bonus Points Familiarity with other intelligence disciplines’ collection management and AF/DoD Intelligence directives. Travel Travel is expected to be less than 10% of the time for this position. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and may require overtime occasionally.  Evening and weekend hours as required by business need. Salary Dependent on Experience (DOE). Compensation will be based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
