Role Description

Fathom Realty is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our dedicated team in Cary. This full-time, remote position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates eager to kickstart their career in the real estate and mortgage industry.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. You will play a crucial role in addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing our overall service quality, all while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding real estate solutions.

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $20 - $25, along with a supportive work environment that values professional growth and development.

  • Assist clients with inquiries via phone, email, and chat
