Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead and execute Teleneurology and software implementation projects, including both new client launches and existing program expansions. This is a full-time, remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage projects from initiation through post go-live.
- Ensure project milestones, deadlines, and KPIs are achieved within established timelines.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, persistent, and an exceptional communicator.
- Minimal travel may be required to client sites for pre-go-live meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead Project Planning & Alignment: Assist in defining project scope, gathering requirements, and aligning internal and external stakeholders on objectives and deliverables.
- Client Guidance & Support: Advise clients on project timelines, resource allocation, prioritization, and best practices to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Workflow & Process Optimization: Design and document detailed workflows and processes to drive project efficiency and execution quality.
- Accountability & Ownership: Ensure clear ownership of deliverables and accountability across all involved parties.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timeline and outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with implementation teams, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders; facilitate meetings and drive collaboration as needed.
- Progress Reporting & Communication: Prepare and deliver regular status updates, lead implementation meetings, and maintain transparent communication across all levels.
- Project Execution & Relationship Management: Drive timely and successful delivery of projects while fostering strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Post-Implementation Analysis: Lead project debriefs, document key findings, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and future service line expansion.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in healthcare.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management and healthcare (Telehealth experience preferred).
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google, CRM Tools, Video Conferencing software, as well as project management tools.
- Must meet internet requirements for working from home.
- Ability to travel as required.
