• Process and submit billing for clinical trial services to sponsors, CROs, and insurance providers • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve payment issues with sponsors and vendors • Maintain accurate billing records and generate monthly financial reports • Coordinate with clinical teams to verify billable services and study milestones
