Role Description
This role involves being the primary consultant for multiple clients, focusing on delivering technological solutions and improving business processes.
- Be the primary consultant on 4 to 6 clients, acting as their systems expert and business advisor.
- Work closely with appficiency leaders to deliver client projects.
- Understand, validate, and document client business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality.
- Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years in a professional services, functional or technical consulting role, preferably in ERP, CRM, or e-commerce.
- MBA or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or e-commerce applications, preferably NetSuite.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required.

- Multi-Book Accounting + Multi-Currency Experience in NetSuite.
- SuiteBilling / Subscription Management in NetSuite.
- Advanced Revenue Management Expertise.
- Experience in Managing Software As A Service (SAAS), IT, software, or specific business model implementations.
- Experience in consulting, IT, software, or specific business models such as distribution, manufacturing, professional services, retail, media & advertising, or finance.
