• Audit existing manual release workflows and aggressively transition them into repeatable, automated Jenkins pipelines to minimize human intervention and error. • Manage and organize build processes and branch access across multiple development streams to ensure code integrity and alignment between groups • Partner with Development and Quality Assurance stakeholders to design and execute a robust, scalable test and release process. • Partner with the Technical Operations team during live release activities to ensure stability and success. • Create and manage repeatable, automated deployment processes for both internal and production environments to minimize manual intervention. • Collaborate with Software and QA Engineers to ensure build requirements—including daily builds, CI pipelines, and code quality metrics—are consistently met. • Rigorously test upgrade packages to ensure seamless transitions for end-users. • Act as a central facilitator to troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment problems alongside Development, QA, and Tech Ops teams. • Oversee the maintenance and integrity of the code repository to support a clean and efficient development workflow.
