Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's technology strategy and vision.
- Lead the technology team in the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions.
- Ensure that all technology practices adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Evaluate and analyze emerging technologies to enhance our product offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for technology projects and initiatives.
- Represent the company in external technology forums and discussions to establish partnerships.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a CTO or in another leadership role within a technology-focused organization.
- Exceptional understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, cloud computing, and Agile software development methodologies.
- Experience with establishing and maintaining IT infrastructures, security measures, and compliance protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive strategic decision-making and align technological advancements with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
