Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing BS, BA, or AA degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, IT, Data Science, Mathematics or related field -OR- 2 years of combined education and work experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, project management, and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication.
- Solid work ethic and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong technical aptitude and advanced experience with Microsoft Excel & Access.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, including internal and external clients.
- Desire to learn new software tools, is a proven self-starter, and has critical attention to detail.
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
