Job Description

• Work alongside our existing UK based Tech Operations team to help ElevenLabs scale globally. • Serve as the technical point of contact for the region. • Automate IT processes and manage the technical build out of our new offices.

Job Requirements

Automation first mindset with experience managing configuration at scale for macOS
Experience in Technical Operations, DevOps-adjacent, or IT Engineering roles
Expertise with Mobile Device Management tooling (e.g Jamf, Kandji, Fleet)
Experience with SAML, SCIM and OIDC and Identity Access Management (Okta, Google Workspace).
Scripting skills (Python, Bash or similar) with a proven track record of automating compliance checks, device configurations, and other IT security tasks.
Experience managing office network equipment (e.g Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti)
Proven ability to maintain compliance with SOC2 / ISO27001 (or similar) standards
Friendly, end-user focussed attitude
Bonus: Open source contributions (e.g a tool you built to automate something)
Bonus: Prior experience in a high growth / startup environment
Bonus: Deep understanding of endpoint security standards (NIST/CIS)
Bonus: Can commute to our (new) New York office
Bonus: Knowledge of osquery
Bonus: Terraform (or other infrastructure as code) experience
Bonus: Strong hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, and secure network environments, with knowledge of modern security practices such as Zero Trust networking
