• Own and support onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes across multiple geographies • Partner with managers to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience • Partner with the Talent team and hiring managers to support hiring needs • Maintain and optimize HRIS data integrity, reporting, and documentation • Support benefits administration and vendor coordination (U.S. and international) • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate People processes • Help transition tactical workflows into scalable, documented systems • Contribute to development of global frameworks (performance management, compensation cycles, engagement initiatives, etc.) • Support audits, reporting, and people analytics • Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions and manager guidance • Support employee relations matters in partnership with leadership • Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture • Assist in maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations (UK, Canada, France experience preferred) • Support global leave programs, policy updates, and documentation • Partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders on country-specific requirements • Help standardize global policies while accounting for local nuances
