Job Description
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise middleware or managed file transfer platforms
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG)
- Strong experience designing and implementing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions
- Solid understanding of high availability, clustering, replication, and failover architectures
- Experience working in regulated or highly controlled environments
- Strong documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, MFT, or Secure Proxy (SSP)
- Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux operating environments
- Experience supporting DR audits, regulatory reviews, or resiliency assessments
- Prior consulting experience leading cross-functional DR initiatives
