• Build and grow market share in given territory through networking, relationships, trade shows, expos and industry events. • Collaborate with other departments to formulate strategic outreach campaigns to generate sales leads and brand recognition. • Build relationships and rapport with potential clients through multiple means of communication. • Identify key stakeholders for each account and establish buying needs and goals for each stake holder. • Create buying confidence for potential customers by implementing trusted advisor sales strategy. • Execute compelling presentations in person or via teleconference in front of large and small groups. • Create accurate and customized proposal options for customers based on needs and goals identified during discovery. • Maintain strong relationships with outside consultants, local/regional property managers, and other vendor groups within the HOA/COA vertical. • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
