Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in project management, clinical program implementation, healthcare technology deployment, SaaS onboarding, or related operational roles within complex healthcare organizations.
- Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Certifications preferred
- 1 year of SaaS onboarding preferred
- 2 years of Hereditary Cancer or Rate Disease diagnostics experience preferred
- Advanced training or education in healthcare, business, informatics, or project management strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of the healthcare delivery environment, including provider workflows, clinic operations, and health system dynamics.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, database concepts, and modern web technologies; ability to interpret and apply data insights to guide implementation decisions.
- Understanding of software development processes, clinical informatics workflows, and system integration principles.
- Knowledge of genetics, oncology, hereditary risk assessment, or related clinical testing domains.
- Proven experience collaborating with physicians, nursing leadership, clinical staff, operational executives, and IT teams.
