Role Description
We are now seeking an exceptional Client Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of complex SaaS products to our key clients.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale client projects, ensuring delivery is in scope, on-time and aligned to client objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact internally and with the client throughout the complete project.
- Ensure scope, timelines and deliverables are clearly defined and delivered successfully.
- Develop structured implementation plans with realistic timelines and resource coordination across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Track milestones and progress to maintain delivery momentum.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, aligning project execution with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, developing mitigation plans to prevent delays or failures.
- Drive resolution of issues with urgency and transparency, escalating when necessary.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience managing SaaS client implementations or deliveries.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations and enterprise IT environments.
- Experience working within iGaming, sports betting, casino is advantageous, particularly with a strong understanding of player lifecycle and retention mechanics.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client implementations.
- Proven ability to deliver structured deliveries on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and ClickUp.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is a plus.

This is a Remote role based in New York.
