Role Description

  • Lead hospital onboarding, product launches, and ongoing training to ensure successful adoption of clinical software solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital stakeholders, delivering expert guidance and responsive product support
  • Design, implement, and optimize disease-specific workflows aligned with clinical best practices and industry guidelines
  • Monitor platform usage and clinical workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and performance improvement
  • Analyze data and deliver insights through Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic recommendations
  • Identify customer challenges, competency gaps, and adoption barriers, designing targeted interventions
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to support renewals, upselling, and long-term account growth
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to continuously enhance customer success programs

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Nursing
  • 3+ years of disease-specific leadership or hospital-based customer success experience
  • 5+ years of acute clinical care experience in stroke, pulmonary embolism, STEMI, or emergency department leadership
  • Strong preference for neurovascular leadership experience, including stroke program coordination or management
  • Advanced clinical certifications such as SCRN or CCRN strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to analyze and present data using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent communication, customer-facing, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and comfort working with emerging technologies
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% and reside within the assigned territory
