Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performing and reviewing various consulting projects focused on commercial real estate
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or construction management required
- Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) preferred
- Knowledge and experience assessing various property types including commercial buildings, manufacturing/industrial properties, office buildings from one story to high-rise, strip malls, shopping centers, and multi-family housing properties
- Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD guidelines and Property Needs Assessments strongly preferred
- Significant design and/or construction experience
- Experience in construction management preferred
- Willingness to travel if necessary
