Job Requirements
- PhD in Behavior Analysis or a closely related field required
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA® or BCBA-D®) in good standing
- Meets Behavior Analysis Certification Board® standards for providing supervision
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising students seeking Board Certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising BCBAs® or BCBA-Ds®
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising student research
- Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching graduate-level behavior analytic coursework
- A record of professional presentations and empirical research publications
- Demonstrated ability to work with students across a broad range of social and personal identities and perspectives
- Evidence of organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment to collegiality when interacting with others within the university community.
