Job Description
• Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of high-impact digital and AI enabled transformation opportunities
• Facilitate senior management-level workshops to define strategic product roadmaps
• Serve as the central resource for cross-functional teams
• Oversee modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of products or product lines
• Partner with business and IT teams to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
• Guide change management, documentation, and user enablement
• Mentor and develop Product Analysts
Job Requirements
- 8–10+ years in product or business analysis
- Significant leadership experience in digital transformation environments
- Demonstrated success leading healthcare or life sciences product initiatives at scale
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships, drive technology adoption, and identify high-value AI opportunities
- Strong track record of reporting progress and outcomes to senior management
