Job Description
Job Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in Project Management of complex, deadline driven, high visibility projects
- Consulting, Corporate Development, or other relevant experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities
- Demonstrated success in basic data analysis skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint; efficient user of, or strong interest in learning, appropriate AI tools
- Knowledge of project management tools and significant experience managing multiple projects to deadlines, holding others accountable, and maintaining project plans with dependent efforts and major milestones
- Ability to work within and drive others to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working with global cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
- Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and develop, with a keen interest in developing broader skills to conduct other Corporate Development functions such as the integration, diligence and sourcing of acquisitions
- Experience with due diligence or integration in M&A, nice to have
- Ability to travel as needed approximately 5-10%
