Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of program/project management experience in a SaaS post-sale environment, with proven expertise across delivery, customer implementations, and complex software onboarding programs
- Strong knowledge of QA processes and methodologies, with experience implementing QA frameworks in SaaS delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes
- Proven expertise across project management best practices and methodologies, with the ability to tailor approach to stakeholder needs and make transformational changes to team operating procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to dive deep with hands-on project management while zooming out to implement strategic improvements and drive broader goals and objectives
- Data-driven with experience using metrics and dashboards to monitor program health and inform decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing communication
- Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Asana, or equivalent
