• Serve as a trusted delivery partner to clients, building strong relationships and deeply understanding their business goals, workflows, and technical landscapes in support of engineering-led initiatives. • Drive delivery-focused system and solution strategy using deep PXM expertise to align implementation approaches with long-term business objectives. • Partner with client and internal leadership to define, prioritize, and maintain digital roadmaps and multi-phase delivery plans. • Lead complex system enhancement and optimization initiatives, from discovery through implementation, testing, and deployment. • Provide technical leadership to Technical Business Analysts by delegating work, reviewing and validating deliverables, mentoring best practices, and serving as the primary escalation point for delivery-related questions and challenges. • Own problem-solving across all aspects of PXM implementations, including data, integrations, workflows, and user experience. • Participate in stakeholder interviews by engaging in technical discussions, asking clarifying questions and translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for solutioning. • Lead documentation and solution planning for PIM, DAM, ecommerce, CMS, and related enterprise systems, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across all technical requirements for solutioning. • Produce clear, executive-ready documentation, including: System architecture and process diagrams, Integration and data flow models, Schema-level attribute definitions, Attribute and data mappings across systems. • Lead requirements gathering and author detailed functional and technical specifications. • Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions that meet client expectations. • Champion continuous improvement by contributing to process enhancements, templates, and delivery standards. • Support and guide management efforts for both clients and internal teams.
