• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and create operational solutions that accomplish specific business objectives, driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the supply chain • Work closely with global suppliers to ensure the delivery of affordable, high-quality parts that meet dynamic customer needs, while developing mechanisms to manage and monitor operational part progress from kitting through shipment • Ensure business process outcomes align with the organization’s strategic goals by introducing innovative practices that enhance profitability and operational efficiency • Utilize risk management tools (FAI, PFMEA, MSA, etc.) to develop proactive strategies, lead root cause identification, and recommend corrective actions to eliminate product delivery issues • Foster strong relationships with various partners, crafting clear communication and making timely decisions to positively influence the organization’s culture and achieve results • Manage and assist with process improvement projects, prioritize project work, and support the needs of the Core operating system through fact-based decision-making and risk mitigation
