Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Department. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Setting appointments for the sales team
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
- Educating potential customers on the benefits of remote patient monitoring
- Teaming up with our sales squad to develop and execute winning sales strategies
- Tracking your sales activities and keeping meticulous records using our CRM system
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare or technology
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- Proficient in CRM software
- Experience in B2B cold calling
- Familiarity with RPM and CCM practices
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Great time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

- Hardwired internet connection required
