Role Description

The Professional Services Healthcare Senior Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s HR solutions for our healthcare customers.

  • Efficiently implement Workday solutions with customers through industry, product, and consulting expertise.
  • Take ownership of establishing and encouraging leading practices for all deployments.
  • Gather requirements, configure systems, convert data, and conduct solutions testing.
  • Be detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about results.
  • Seamlessly partner with customers and your project team.
  • Be ready to be challenged and have fun!

Qualifications

  • P4: 4+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, focusing on Core HCM and Compensation modules.
  • P4: Experience with Recruiting, Learning, and/or Talent modules is a significant plus.
  • P4: 4+ years consulting experience.
  • P5: 7+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, focusing on Core HCM and Compensation modules.
  • P5: Experience with Recruiting, Learning, and/or Talent modules is a significant plus.
  • P5: 7+ years consulting experience.

Requirements

  • Proven technical experience, from requirements gathering and solution design through to system building, data conversion, and testing.
  • Significant experience working directly in or with the healthcare industry.
  • Strong business consulting and strategic acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technology and develop comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling prioritization and managing of multiple initiatives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your style to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong mentorship and partnership skills, with a focus on encouraging a collaborative and positive environment.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge, including a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, applications, and market positioning.
  • Strong industry knowledge, including staying abreast of current trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments.
  • Strong influencing skills, including persuasive communication and the ability to drive consensus and effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

  • Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD.
  • Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $111,000 USD - $197,300 USD.
  • If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $117,000 - $175,400 USD.
