This role involves engaging with federal customers and executive leadership to bridge strategy and mission execution. You will provide essential advisory support across various domains, including UC architecture and cloud collaboration.
- Act as a senior strategic advisor to executive leadership and federal customers.
- Bridge executive strategy with operational execution, translating goals into technical roadmaps.
- Lead customer discovery sessions to gather mission and operational requirements.
- Provide scalable technical solutions including UC systems and cloud services.
- Design and support FedRAMP-authorized collaboration solutions.
- Develop operational workflows and enablement content for federal offerings.
- Partner with vendors and product teams on new offer development.
- Present solutions to senior government stakeholders.
- Support federal business development initiatives.
- Accelerate deal cycles in collaboration with sales teams.
- Perform technical oversight and risk assessment for opportunities.
- Produce systems architecture documentation fostering collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in Unified Communications and Collaboration.
- Extensive pre-sales engineering experience in federal environments.
- Experience with federal IT, security and enterprise systems management.
- Knowledge of federal, DoD, and intelligence community environments.
- Deep expertise in Cisco UC & Webex platforms and cloud calling technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership of large, cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of FedRAMP and federal security frameworks.
- Familiarity with federal acquisition and contracting processes.
