Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in infrastructure or networking domains
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (routing, firewalls, load balancing, DNS, hybrid cloud connectivity)
- Experience working with cloud platforms and regulated environments (e.g., FedRAMP)
- Proven ability to lead without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
- Top things must haves on resume: Program delivery at scale (end-to-end execution, sequencing, dependencies, milestones), Networking fluency (routing, firewalls, load balancing, DNS, hybrid connectivity), Cross-functional leadership (engineering + security + compliance + ops alignment), Risk & dependency management (RAID, critical path, mitigation planning), Regulated environment experience (FedRAMP, audit/evidence mindset), Operational cutover excellence (change windows, rollout/rollback, runbooks), Executive communication (clear status, decisions, escalations).
