• Support volunteer and community engagement efforts, including outreach, appreciation initiatives, and ongoing communication. • Assist in developing and proposing ideas for community-driven campaigns and social content that build awareness and strengthen connections. • Help engage our network of community-based organizations (CBOs) by supporting outreach and relationship-building activities. • Create and refine surveys with intentional, impact-focused questions to gather feedback from our meal distribution partners. • Track and analyze engagement metrics (e.g., CTA, CTR, RR, open rates) to inform strategy and improve engagement outcomes. • Participate in regular team check-ins, contribute insights, and assist with the planning and implementation of engagement strategies.
