• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow / Nuvolo and external systems using APIs. • Load and manage asset data in ServiceNow using Import Sets and web services. • Build and support integrations using REST and SOAP • Work closely with Reservation System and business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify risks • Analyze and document business needs and translate them into clear system requirements. • Configure ServiceNow features such as email notifications, reports, dashboards, and home pages. • Develop and maintain operational and financial metrics for Nuvolo systems. • Design and implement solutions for Reservation, Space, and Real Estate management. • Configure and enhance workflows for: Service Catalog Incident, Problem, and Change Management Configuration and Knowledge Management • Build and improve Facilities Catalog Items and Reservation System features. • Work with ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and ACLs. • Support change, release, and deployment activities. • Design user-friendly forms and interfaces. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across ServiceNow and Nuvolo modules.
