Job Description

• Own the integration roadmap and strategy for our middleware platform and drive integrations with external systems and partner platforms. • Clean up legacy and make smart architectural decisions to transition our existing point-to-point connections into a cohesive, public-facing API strategy. • Partner with our engineering to execute the technical vision. While they own the engineering problems, you will own the API design thinking, data flow mapping, and error handling. • Build observability and diagnostic tools so that our revenue teams can self-serve and don't have to jump into Slack channels to troubleshoot external partner issues. • Manage competing interests between internal product priorities and external partner needs, ensuring our internal functionality is safely exposed for partner consumption. • Define and track success metrics for integrations (adoption, conversion, retention) and collaborate hand-in-hand with Revenue Leadership to ensure delivery against measurable outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, Marketplaces, Platform or complex platform ecosystems.
  • Ability to have credible conversations with engineers about API design, troubleshooting, and error handling.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations, and make hard trade-offs to protect the scalability of the platform.
  • Experience working with distributed engineering organizations.
  • A track record of collaborating effectively with external partners and internal leadership.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage.
  • Benefits begin on your first day.
  • Generous PTO and company-paid holidays, including flexible floating holidays.
  • 100% 401(k) employer match up to 6%.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Wellness support, including access to mental health resources.
