Job Description

• Align sales resources for retail partners, including the recommendation of ordering of marketing materials (POP, etc.) • Execute rollout plans and activation plans for new retail partners • Coordinate the full onboarding process for new retail partners, including the distribution of welcome letters, updating retail partner information in Salesforce, application setup, ProgCentral setup and training, ordering of marketing materials (POP, etc.), and other related tasks required to enable the success of the retail partner • Investigate and troubleshoot escalated issues with lease transactions, funding, and credits for key retail partners • Report on retailer health, eCom potential, and compliance remediation to support sales teams in the field to better drive GMV performance

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required
  • 3-5 years’ relevant professional experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Must have superior interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Moderate-level experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to make decisions independently by referencing standard operating procedures and previous experience, properly identifying when escalation to leadership is required
