Job Description
Role Description
As an Enterprise Senior Sales Director, you will lead all the tactical sales and client management responsibilities of your book of business across our Southeast US region. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue through a combination of first-class account management and proactive selling of our full-stack, end-to-end technology solutions.
- Own and execute the Southeast territory strategy, driving new business and establishing Nexxen’s presence across the region
- Establish and grow senior relationships with agency and brand stakeholders to support long term regional growth
- Understand client business challenges and identify opportunities to position Nexxen solutions that drive revenue growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Trading and Account Management teams to deliver client outcomes and drive successful campaign execution
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, revenue planning, and reporting
- Lead and manage complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
This role is currently remote within the Southeast region. Subject to change if Nexxen establishes a local office presence in the future.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AdTech sales, ideally at a DSP, selling to brands and media agencies
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within AdTech sales environments
- Established network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and media agencies across the Southeast region
- A proven approach to solution selling: Positioning and packaging bespoke offerings across Nexxen’s solution set
- Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem (DSP, SSP, DMP, ad networks, ad exchanges, ad servers, and other online advertising technology) and key MarTech ecosystem functions (CDPs and CRM functionality)
- Experience working within multicultural markets; Spanish fluency preferred to support client engagement in the Southeast region
- Willingness to travel within the Southeast region for client meetings and industry events as needed
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly autonomous, territory-driven role
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with Senior/C-level clients
- Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence

Salary Information
In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $16,000 - $180,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
