Role Description

We are seeking a Product Marketing Lead to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for KatRisk’s catastrophe modeling and climate risk solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product, commercial, and market strategy. You will translate complex scientific and technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for insurers and risk professionals. You will own positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. This is a highly strategic and visible role with significant influence across product strategy and revenue growth. This is a remote role.

  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning for KatRisk’s modeling and analytics solutions.
  • Translate complex catastrophe modeling science into value-driven narratives for underwriting, actuarial, and executive audiences.
  • Define ICPs, buyer personas, and segment-specific messaging.
  • Support integration of recently acquired companies and products.
  • Lead product launches from strategy through execution.
  • Partner with Product to shape roadmap messaging and market readiness.
  • Work with Sales to align GTM plans for new perils, enhancements, and platform capabilities.
  • Build high-impact sales tools (battlecards, pitch decks, case studies, objection handling guides).
  • Equip commercial teams to articulate differentiation against leading competitors.
  • Support key enterprise deals with strategic messaging and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain structured competitive analysis across catastrophe modeling vendors.
  • Monitor industry trends (regulatory shifts, climate analytics advancements, modeling methodology updates).
  • Partner with marketing to support content strategy (whitepapers, webinars, industry events).
  • Help position KatRisk as a leader in next-generation climate risk analytics.
  • Support industry conference strategy (e.g., reinsurance and catastrophe modeling forums).
