Develop resources like battlecards, FAQs, and pitch decks to support feature adoption and sales efforts. • Partner with demand generation, content, and field marketing teams to contribute to integrated campaigns that drive feature awareness and adoption. • Track and analyze the performance of feature launches, adjusting strategies and messaging as needed to optimize impact. • Advocate for the customer by bringing their voice into messaging and product-related initiatives.
