Job Description

• Own the strategy and execution of our email marketing and lead nurturing engine. • Lead the transition from generic "batch-and-blast" emails to a sophisticated, behavior-triggered lifecycle program. • Map the buyer's journey and build automated email sequences that align with specific stages. • Leverage CRM data and intent signals to create highly segmented email lists. • Maintain a rigorous testing roadmap for subject lines, CTAs, send times, and content formats. • Partner with Marketing Ops to refine lead scoring models based on email engagement data.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation or Email Marketing within the SaaS or Tech sector.
At least 5 years of experience building automated workflows in enterprise-grade platforms (Marketo, Groove, Gong).
At least 5 years of experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting email marketing performance with direct linkage to pipeline and revenue attribution.
7+ years experience navigating complex legal/compliance review cycles within financial services or a similarly regulated environment (preferred).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting and experience with SQL for advanced database segmenting (preferred).
