Job Description

• Lead the full lifecycle of design and construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting through execution and closeout. • Collaborate with operations, culinary, and IT teams to ensure functional requirements are translated into project design and delivery. • Oversee project scope, schedule, and cost control, ensuring timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders. • Conduct site visits and manage relationships with general contractors, design consultants, architects, and local jurisdiction representatives. • Ensure all projects are compliant with relevant building codes, health department regulations, and safety protocols. • Prepare and present executive-level project updates and dashboards to VP of Design and Construction and other senior leadership. • Support RFP processes, contract negotiations, and procurement of equipment, services, and materials. • Integrate emerging technologies and sustainability practices into project planning and execution. • Develop standardized processes and toolkits to drive consistency and efficiency across multiple concurrent projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, ideally in the hospitality, sports & entertainment, or convention center industries.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale food & beverage or guest experience-focused construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, kitchen design, and food service equipment integration.
  • Experience working in complex, operationally active environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support national or regional projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Pacer.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction plan reading.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with LEED standards or other sustainable design certifications is a plus.
