Job Description
Role Description
This role involves providing professional and innovative virtual health care. The Provider uses their medical knowledge base to educate and guide the treatment process. It is important for the Provider to spend quality time speaking with patients to determine their health needs and assist with their health goals by providing them with Apollo products.
- See patients virtually in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct patient consultations via virtual video meeting.
- Provide treatment plans and care by evaluating patient records, diagnosing, prescribing needed or recommended medications, and educating about lifestyle changes.
- Respond accordingly to patient questions related to their treatment.
- Educate patients about all product options to help them make the right choices.
- Offer and discuss different treatment plans, including financial value and options, guiding patients toward the best fit for their health goals.
- Actively support patient adoption of recommended treatment plans, contributing to enterprise growth and success.
- Have a sales-based mindset; eager to deeply understand patients’ needs and articulate offerings to achieve sales goals.
- Comfortable with having discussions about sexual health.
- Ability to work with computer programs such as an EMR, and online booking virtual and texting platforms.
- Utilize printed material for additional quick access to information needed for patient care.
- Responsible for ensuring the maintenance, security, and confidentiality of all patient information, records, and data.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (MA) or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certificates, licenses, and registrations required: Kansas, PA/NP.
- Computer Skills required: Fluent in EMR System, HR Systems, CRM, Microsoft Online Email, and other office suite features.
- Exceptional people skills and communication skills.
- Continuous learning, training, and development of weight loss, peptide therapy, and sexual performance knowledge and growth.
- Detail oriented.
- Works well in a fast-paced, always changing environment.
- Licensure in the following states a plus: Nebraska, Kansas, Florida, South Dakota, Utah, New Mexico, Iowa, Arizona, & Georgia.

- Promotes comprehensive, patient-focused care by discussing medically appropriate treatment options.
- Tracks and supports patient adherence to recommended treatment plans.
- Utilizes available tools, educational materials, and telehealth technology to deliver a consistent, high-quality virtual patient experience.
- Communicates patient feedback and emerging trends to leadership.
- Participates in ongoing training and product education.
