• Assist in the creation, uploading, and maintenance of product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels on the eCommerce platform. • Collaborate with the buying and inventory teams to ensure accurate product availability and timely updates to the online store. • Optimize product discovery and site merchandising using Algolia and Shopify’s native tools. • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure product pages are visually appealing and consistent with the brand’s identity. • Update and manage promotional banners, product collections, and category pages based on seasonal trends and marketing campaigns. • Collaborate with the customer service team to address product-related inquiries and issues promptly.
