Job Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to guide sales strategy. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align offerings with market demand. • Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue and profitability goals. • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. • Drive regional engagement with the Vertical Market Team’s strategy.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Ability to analyze market trends and use data to inform strategic decisions
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Must currently reside within 50 miles of the posted location.
