Role Description
The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing. This position is remote, but will require up to 50% travel. Overnight travel may be required.
- Conducting site visits
- Weekly and quarterly reporting
- Walking communities
- Developing new processes
- Working leads
Qualifications
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required
- Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
- Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion)
- Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required
- Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals
- Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
